Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available).
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
